Rates:
The type of event and services provided will
determine the rate for your event. Contact Retreats Director,
Mariam, for an exact quote as weekly, monthly, or special
discounts may apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Average rental rates are as follows:
Raven House -
$150/night base rate plus $15/night per person
Agave House - $210/night base rate plus
$15/night per person
There is an additional cleaning
fee of $125 per house and damage deposit of $200 per house.
We can often accommodate guests who want to
stay extra days before or after the event at discounted prices.
Special Considerations:
Our emphasis is on spiritual retreats, but we can
host weddings and business retreats when they don't conflict with
our primary purpose.
Winter Visits:
We sometimes make special winter arrangements,
but our rates are higher because of increased heating costs and
other factors. The scenery is spectacular during snow and well worth
the small inconvenience. We do strongly recommend 4-wheel drive
vehicles for this time of year.
Payment: We accept payment with cash,
money order, personal/business check, or credit cards. Please call
or email for details. We ask for a 50% deposit within one week of
booking to hold your reservation. To cancel, you must give notice at
least 60 days before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund.
